Mandate
|
The main objective of INTERCENTER is to study the different forms of criminality which can both compromise civil and democratic life of citizens and threaten the stability of the basic institutions of the State.
It also aims at deepening the concept and the content of human rights in countries around the world, and contributing to look for some methods that will help these rights to be fully recognized and respected.
