The EMHRN Launches Program on the Right of Migrants, Refugees and Asylum Seekers
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network is pleased to announce the launching of a program on the rights of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in the EuroMed region in Rabat, Morocco.
The program is an outcome of a partnership between the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network and the United Nations High Commission for Refugee. It aims at enhancing EuroMed civil society debate on the question of protection of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers and to inquire into the situation of transit migrants as well as of NGOs working in this human rights field in North Africa.
The program is headed by Habib Belkouch, human rights expert and former director of the Centre for Documentation, Information and Training in Human Rights in Rabat.
