Becoming Member of the EMHRN

If your organisation wish to apply for membership, you should provide the Secretariat with the following documents:

Regular or Associate Membership:
  • A letter of motivation
  • A copy of your Statutes
  • Material relating to the activities of your organisation
  • Narrative Report of main fields of activities over the past two years (max 2 pages)
  • List of members of board (including when they were elected)
  • Latest Financial Report published (if available, if not please indicate why)
  • List of eventual publications (past two years)
  • List of meetings/ seminars/ conferences/ events (past two years)
  • Latest Annual Report of activities ( if available, if not please indicate why)
  • A declaration stating that the applicant subscribes to the Statutes of the EMHRN and is willing to co-operate with its members
  • A written commitment to inform the EMHRN regularly of the activities of the member organisation or institution
  • A letter of recommendation signed by three EMHRN Regular Member organisations
Individual Membership:
  • Applicant's CV
  • A letter of motivation
  • A declaration stating that the applicant subscribes to the Statutes of the EMHRN and is willing to co-operate with its members
  • A letter of recommendation signed by three EMHRN Regular Member organisations
Once the Secretariat has received the documents in question, your membership application will be discussed at the forthcoming Executive Committee meeting. You will be informed whether your organisation has been accepted – in which case, the membership will be ratified at the forthcoming General Assembly.
