The Danish Institute for Human Rights (DIHR) would like to welcome you to the first edition of Human Rights Plus. This newsletter, which will be published three times a year, aims to provide donors, partners and other groups interested in human rights, with a regular overview of DIHR’s international activities and publications. It will also allow subscribers easy access to DIHR’s online research and information database via links to the DIHR website. This first edition of Human Rights Plus offers a broad range of articles, covering international human rights topics such as the emergence of new transnational human rights bodies in Africa, the ongoing Arab-European Dialogue process, and the results of a major international conference on legal aid.
